At MAYS GEMS, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and certificates of authenticity are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MAYS GEMS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Gems

  Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet box and shipping container, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Use the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to drop your package off at any authorized carrier location to ensure your return is tracked and protected.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
